Arrangements & Orchestration

Nick’s career as an arranger spans theatre, pop and television, having worked on both brand-new musicals and revivals alongside concerts at the Royal Festival Hall, London Palladium and BBC Proms in the Park.

In theatre, he has orchestrated for the new London revivals of From Here to Eternity, Rags and Zorro! (currently being performed in Korea) and provided arrangements for several plays including the West End’s Accidental Death of an Anarchist and touring productions of several Shakespeare plays with Bath-based production company Antic Disposition.

Outside of theatre he has worked with supergroup The Cardinals on their debut London concert, creating folk-rock infused versions of musical theatre classics, and founded the Nicholas Collective with Hamilton’s Trevor Dion Nicholas, arranging and performing pop-punk musical theatre covers. He has worked with the BBC on original arrangements for the reboot of children’s classic Danger Mouse, as well as in online advertising content for TK Maxx. He founded the award-winning pop a cappella group AfterParty, active from 2013-2019, and was music director of viral sensation Out Of The Blue at University, competing with them as a semi-finalist in Britain’s Got Talent 2011.

Many of his arrangements of standalone songs are available for sale on SheetMusicDirect or via the link below
